• Facilities / Amenities in Area: Good (banks, foods, grocery, and etc)
• Area Landscape: Poor (basically I don't see any landscaping in the area)
• Accessibility: Very Good (connected to Kesas highway, New Pantai Expressway, Federal highway, Old Klang Road, Seremban highway, and etc)
• Future Outlook in 5 years: After completion of G Residence, Desa Residensi, new Chinese schools and proposed LRT station nearby, Kuchai Lama is definitely a very potential location to invest property there. Furthermore, there are left over only few more small pieces of lands for future development.
• Other Impressions: Kuchai Lama is now more presentable compared to few years back! Kuchai Lama Food Court was demolished and replaced by a brand new commercial development as what we have seen now. Banks, Papa rich, Old Town Café, McDonald and now completing soon with Kuchai Avenue Condo, Kuchai Business Park… In another words, Kuchai Lama is transforming!
