DIBS - Developer Interest Bearing Scheme

This is a very common strategy developer use to market their product nowadays. It is something good to the purchaser as well, as it provide the purchaser longer time to save money while the property still under construction.

It is not something "standard" in property transaction, therefore we need to be aware of the "terms and condition" tied to this scheme.

As mentioned above, the scheme is not part of the standard HDA contract, therefore you need to pay particular attention when sigining the agreement to avoid billshock when you sell your property.

Although the Precinct 14 residential zone is not completely gated like some of the other residential zones in Malaysia, it has an excellent security system with guard on duty 24-hours a day with the Putrajaya police patrolling the neighborhood on a frequent basis as well.
The surrounding neighborhood of Precinct 14 has an American vibe attached to it. With brilliantly paved and landscaped boulevard and pedestrian sidewalks, it feels like living in a British or an American residential zone.
The children's playground and the recreational park in Precinct 14 are tastefully done as well by the developers so that every resident will be able to have an active life without having to go out of the area. With the residential zone being very strategically located, it is definitely worth the huge amount of money invested for the property in Precinct 14.
