Precinct 14, Putrajaya

Precinct 14 in Putrajaya is open for sale or rent to both Bumiputera buyers and non-Bumi buyers, with an additional 7% discount to Bumi buyers.
Although the Precinct 14 residential zone is not completely gated like some of the other residential zones in Malaysia, it has an excellent security system with guard on duty 24-hours a day with the Putrajaya police patrolling the neighborhood on a frequent basis as well.
The surrounding neighborhood of Precinct 14 has an American vibe attached to it. With brilliantly paved and landscaped boulevard and pedestrian sidewalks, it feels like living in a British or an American residential zone.
The children's playground and the recreational park in Precinct 14 are tastefully done as well by the developers so that every resident will be able to have an active life without having to go out of the area. With the residential zone being very strategically located, it is definitely worth the huge amount of money invested for the property in Precinct 14.
Residents of Precinct 14 will be able to reach KLIA in less than an hour with absolutely no traffic congestions at all or reach any other areas in Klang Valley within a short time. The residential zone is also close to the ERL Putrajaya (2.84 km away), Putrajaya Sentral (3 km away), SMK and SRK Putrajaya Precinct 16 (1.5 km away), and the Masjid Putra (1.26 km away).

Analysis

Although living in Precinct 14 would need some time getting used to, as the housing areas aren't the same as the typical Malaysian housing areas, it is really worth the investment as the area is strategic, quiet, peaceful and soothing. Being close to the administrative capital also makes it an exclusive neighborhood to live in.
